As a roofing sales intern, I was responsible for growing and maintaining business within the North East region.
I did this through cold calling, account management, business development, and upselling.

During this three day competition I had the opportunity to be on a team of 6 students representing Baylor University. We participated in 4 different events: Speed Selling, Sales Roleplay, Ethics Case, and an Sales Management Case.

During the course I was able to develop and focus on the art and the science of securing an agreement between two or more interdependent parties who desire to maximize their outcomes, course topics include analyzing and evaluating negotiation situations, preparing for a negotiation, power and influence, job and salary negotiations, coalitions, and managing conflict
